Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:
- ✓You must have an active paid subscription at the time of the refund request.
- ✓You must provide proof of at least one official SNLE exam attempt.
- ✓You must have completed a minimum of 70% of the question bank.
- ✓Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your exam attempt.
- ✓Your account must show consistent study activity (min. 30 days of usage).
- ✓Refund requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.
Important Notice:
Refund eligibility is subject to terms and conditions, proof of exam attempt, active study participation, and platform policy. We do not offer unconditional refunds. This is not an exam-pass guarantee.
